My husband and I just spent 2 wonderful days/nights at Gorhams Bluff in the Lodge. Our room was lovely, and overlooked the Tennessee River, as does the whole Lodge. This was our first time, but hopefully will not be our last. We have been telling everyone about our stay in this beautiful location and accommodations. And I haven't even mentioned... More

It was nice to return to the Bluff after many years. I recall past years when we were entertained with the theatre, ballet, and the Ghehart series and was sorry to learn that these are no longer offered. However, I must state that the evening dinner meal was a real treat, as in the past. My date (a new comer)... More

My family and I recently revisited Gorham's Bluff after a space of several years. Since our visit, they have added a pool and very comfortable, attractive pool area to the property. This was a welcome activity for those of us with small children to entertain, and a nice outdoor meeting place for the family to congregate. Another welcome change since... More

My husband and I just spent two days nestled in the Lodge in a beautifully furnished room with a simply gorgeous view of the Tennessee River Valley. Chef Rene Boyzo served us equally lovely and delicious meals--even the boxed lunches were thoughtfully presented. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We were there early in the week, so there... More

My wife and I spent our 16th Anniversary here for 2 nights. This is a very lovely Lodge, the views were spectacular, on Gorham's Bluff overlooking the beautiful Tennessee river. It was very relaxing and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had a king size bed in the Satterfield room. The balcony overlooking the river was great with... More

Please read the whole review! Dawn was VERY nice to deal with setting up our res. She is part of the ownership there and knows alot about the area. The place itself is very nice, we stayed in a cottage not the Inn. The food was "EXCELLENT", if you go eat there! The service was also very good. After staying... More

First, I have to say that if you are looking for a place to relax, get away from the craziness of everyday life, and come away feeling rejuvenated, this is the place for you. Don't come here expecting to be running at the pace you left behind or you will be disappointed. We spent the weekend relaxing, walking, and reading...and... More

The lodge sits on a 900 foot bluff overlooking the Tennessee River. Our room had a remote control fireplace and a large whirlpool tub overlooking the river. The food was divine. We enjoyed fabulous meat and fish dishes. The 18 acre grounds offer expansive views, hiking, and biking. The pool and cabana area are large, nice, and well maintained. The Bluff... More

My husband and I stayed at Gorham's Bluff Easter weekend, 2013. This was one of 11 b&b's/inns we stayed in on a long road trip and, overall, it rivals anywhere we stayed. Our room (the Parton) was, in fact, my favorite of all 11 b&b's along the trip! It was beautifully furnished, had bedside reading lamps on both sides that... More

We spent a wonderful 45th anniversary at Gorham's Bluff! The facilities, view, staff were excellent! They have bikes to ride(which we took advantage of,) a very nice pool for swimming and a fantastic view! Not much to do which was perfect for us! There was a homeowners cocktail hour and the guest at the end were invited. Dinner took a little longer... More
