We stayed 2 nights in this Hampton Inn because it was the only Hampton close to Hoover, AL that had 2 queen beds available that weekend. The hotel itself appeared clean from the lobby to the room. My only negative was the parking situation. Due to the area being crammed with tourists for weekend (big NASCAR event), the parking lot... more

Typical Hampton Inn with clean comfortable rooms and a hot breakfast. Located within walking distance from several eating establishments. Fitness center was comfortable and had a Nautilus station in it. Had a small issue with the room (flashing light) and was told that there was no one there to fix it. End of story. Customer service could use a lesson... more

Better get in line quick... hot breakfast runs out an hour or more before the end of the breakfast period. We were told there was no more... "sorry." No offer to adjust... just "sorry," said the front desk clerk. We came into a room that was warm, but where the thermostat was enjoined from being lowered enough to get the... more

This has everything a down-to-earth traveler could want. And by that I mean, you can get by without a safe in the room, dont need room service and can live without someone parking your car. I dislike those type hotels anyway because I always seem to be tipping someone! The Pelham Hampton property and the hotel itself are very clean... more

I travel frequently and have seen many good and many bad Hampton Inns, but this is probably the best Hampton I've stayed in. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are clean and inviting. It is apparent they do a great job at the upkeep of this hotel. The location is great as there are several restaurants on... more

This is one of the best Hampton Inn's I have stayed at. The room was excellent, the front desk extremely friendly, and the cleanliness excellent. The business center was also well stocked and had two computers (not just one). My only compliant would be that it is hard to find, with a narrow drive between a Krystal Burger place and... more

I stayed at this hotel during a busy weekend. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They even let me have my room early. The room was large and had a nice work area. It was also clean and is well located for a stay in Birmingham near a state park. I would recommend staying here again. more

My fiancee and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. There is a little snack food/toiletries shop/counter that is also run by the front desk staff--convenient. The breakfast is decent: eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, fruit. The hotel isn't far from drugstores and restaurants, but they may be a bit of... more

Just back from 2 nights at the Hampton Pelham. I was booked into a king suite with a wonderful jacuzzi. The room was lovely and very comfortable...a very restful and quiet stay. I hope to be able to stay here again soon! The breakfast ia also delicious and the staff quite friendly. Even though it was a full house (... more
