Pictures leaning against the wall and the lamp was broken, had to turn off by pulling the plug. Stinky towels. Do not recommend!! Good bed. Find somewhere else. Quality is a great establishment but this is not one of them!!

When you pull up in front of the hotel, it appears to be a great place. It is in a nice location, there is an attached restaurant and the overall ambiance declares that this hotel is nice...the hotel has great promise. The good parts of this hotel is it's staff and the breakfast. After really seeing the hotel and how... More

Rooms were very damp. I had to ask for a dehumidifier, which I've never EVER had to do before in any hotel. My sister had to ask for a different room because her room reeked of mold. Did not use the pool, but it did look greenish. The fitness room is not well equipped and got no housekeeping attention that... More

Blood on sheets, mold on towels & furniture...need I say more. But oh there was so much more . They allowed a party with underage drinking on the premises, smoking pot, hookers, while there were 4 baseball teams of young men and their parents staying there. The management seemed to be involved in all of this. Police were called and... More

Please, Choice Hotels, send a evaluation team at this location, they are not worthed of the Quality Inn banner in front of their business... Shady peoples, no security cams, room not as expected from a Quality Inn ... This place, I don't recommend... Worst place I've been in many years of traveling...

We had stayed at this hotel several times before but it has consistently gone down with every visit. This time the pool was green and not available. The room was damp and moldy. The cleaning people tried to remove some mold on the wall in our room and sprayed our clothes with clorox. The hotel did settle with us but... More

This Place is hands down THE BEST in ozark !! My family and I just started going there to Fort Rucker since February. I used to stay at the comfort inn in enterprise (which sucked in all aspects), then i tried jameson inn in ozark because i found that it is much closer from ozark to the fort than enterprise... Low or limited wireless internet connection. Had to use my air card. Pool was green and dirty so couldn't use it. Coffee pot was not cleaned out daily and twice they forgot to leave coffee so I had to go to the front desk to get it. Staff was friendly but everytime I had a bad comment it was "sorry... More

Stayed a week only because the price was right. Other than that I would have stayed at a different hotel. The pool was green so couldn't use that. The coffee pot was not cleaned in the morning and twice they did not leave coffee or cream for the next mornings coffee. There was a water leak in the room above... More
