Condo was decent, but not real clean. There was sand on the sheets in the guest room. Literally had to unmake the bed and shake the sand off. Then, for a condo that advertises the ability to sleep 8, you are only allotted 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay! Have to bring your own TP apparently.... More

Have enjoyed this specific Phoenix property for years. Brett Robinson has gone on the cheap however on their sheets in the master bedroom. Thy don't tuck into the mattress at the footboard. I estimate they are about 8 inches short of a regular king flat sheet. Not a good night sleep when your feet are exposed and get cold in... More

My husband and I intended to celebrate our anniversary by spending a week in Phoenix East. We were too late to reserve the one we wanted, so we searched online and found #909, Phoenix 7, within walking distance to East. It is also, like East, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, marinas. This unit was recently updated and the decor... More

My husband and I had a short but sweet stay in Condo #7110! So nice! Quiet and comfortable! The balcony is to die for! What a view and great place to entertain or just sit and watch the kids play! Lots of seating for friends to visit! From now on this is where we will be staying!!!

All of these condos are beach facing. The units are privately owned, and seem to be well maintained. It was spacious and nicely appointed. The building's amenities were wonderful. All in all, this was a great place to hang out and relax. We had children with us (small) and there was plenty for them to do. One thing, this building... More

To save you time, I'll list cons first: washer, dryer, dish washer NOISY..Blue Angel jets practice here and are quieter. Chairs, sofa, toilet VERY low so if limited mobility keep that in mind. Chairs and chaise cheap molded plastic and chaise VERY hard to get up from. Needed footstools or recliner. Pros: 4 fast elevators so never waited 20 seconds.... More

We also stayed in room 605 as the reviewer mentioned earlier. We noticed none of the issues she addressed. All we noticed were a few light bulbs that needed to be replaced and a TV remote without batteries. That said, these are individually owned condos so the furniture and condition cannot be guaranteed. The Phoenix VII was in a good... More

Please note that this is a condo development with owners. Different units have different furnishings and blankets while the facility handles the TV, towels, sheets and pillows. ***Check pictures carefully to see what you think before you buy*** Our unit was almost perfect. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need including mixing bowls, knives and an ice cream scoop.... More

Our family of 5 and our friends family of 4 stayed in a 3 bedroom which accommodated us perfectly. We were on the second floor so very convenient. We enjoyed our trip very much. The pool was kept immaculate and the beach was gorgeous. Very convenient location with a few restaurants across the street and grocery stores a short drive.... More
