Beautiful beach, beautiful room accommodations and the most beautiful view from 1403 balcony! The staff was friendly, there are some nice local restaurants, and the place is right on the beach (ocean side, not bayside)!!!! We've stayed in 1403 several times and we love it. on the the 14th floor of the 15 story condo building, right on the beach,... More

My wife and I have stayed in this unit twice. It's always spotlessly clean and bright. The condo is right on the beach with great views from the tiled balcony. This unit has a fun beachy feel. It was recently updated by the owners with new carpeting, new furniture, granite counter tops, new bath fixtures, a temper-pedic mattress and a... More

This unit was tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fabulous. The pull out sofa was even comfortable for adults. We had a great girls week when we stayed here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Great location, all room have balconies with fabulous views of the Gulf and Perdido inlet. Dolphins come in close to shore and are easily visible. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts. You will not be disappointed! We have stayed with Brett-Robinson many times, and have never been disappointed. This condo unit is absolutely beautiful! We loved the mirrored wall in the living room which gave such a spacious feel. The furnishings are beautiful and beachy, yet warm and cozy. The view of the beachfront and the Perdido Pass is incredible! You'll... More

We rented unit number PE-704 at the Phoenix East through Brett Robinson. Brett Robinson did a great job handling the reservation and the staff at Phoenix East were friendly, helpful and courteous. Unit 704 was and spacious with everything in working order. Unit 704 could use some updating to furniture and decorations. We enjoy staying at condos that overlook Perdido... More

We stayed in Phoenix East in late July and early August. We had plenty of room. The elevators and air conditioning worked well. There was a lot to do at the resort. It was very convenient to all the restaurants. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfy. Hopefully we will be able to rent there again on our beach... More

We rented condo #1507 from Brett/Robinson for a 4 day stay in early August. In a nutshell, it was wonderful. The condo was large and very clean when we arrived. There were two double beds and a king. The beds very comfortable, too. Each of the bedrooms had a large TV. The view off of the large balcony was excellent,... More

While we enjoyed our stay there were various items that needed to be addressed. I contacted brett Robinson concerning a light near the pool which was falling apart and seemed like a huge safety hazard. They responded promptly and put new duct tape around it.......wow. our room was just ok for the price. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The kids... More

Everything needed for super fun time with extended family annual trip to Orange Beach. The grills, beach, pools, raquetball court, exercise room & tennis courts were great. Rooms were very well stocked, clean & comfortable. Only suggestion: clean shower tracks which were a bit moldy. 4 condos, 30 family members = awesome time.
