All the advertisements we saw gives you the idea that there is tons to do. But there is nothing really appealing about this area. The light show is ok but nothing special. It was a waste of time. The arcade is overpriced and has very limited games so when several people were there you had to wait for games. Don't... More

Nice room. Customer service was awful!!! Check in was at 3. They kept saying room was not available. Didn't get in room until after 4. Called to see if something could be done and the only response was would you like a dirty room. Would not even let us speak to supervisor. This place sucks!! Do not rent!!

Staying here was amazing. We stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. The condo was beautiful and everyone we encountered was very polite! Ask for Joan when you call. She helped us so much and even made us a welcome basket for after our wedding out of her own pocket!! Will definitely be... More

So far costumer service has been unbelievably bad. Very Rude over the phone. Nobody ever in office. Bad service in most of the attractions nearby also. FYI no hair dryers in room, bring your own. Room is nice though. Clean. Only into one day of our vacation. So hopefully it will get better.

Absolutely love staying at The Wharf. Why anyone would prefer the monotony of the waves to the constantly changing boat traffic on the intercostal is hard to imagine. And all of the entertainment you would want is right here - restaurants, bars, movie theater, arcade, exercise facility (well equipped and maintained), lots of sidewalks in a safe area to walk outdoors,... My husband, daughter and myself stayed at The Wharf (Unit 909) for Thanksgiving and had a very pleasant stay. Unit was very clean and spacious. The master bedroom offers a King Bed with a very nice spacious room, closet and awesome bathroom! The 2nd bedroom offers a double twin bed room with a Jack and Jill Bathroom. This bathroom is... Stayed 4 nights. Dryer never got fixed in spite of staff saying it would be the next day (every day said "tomorrow"). Staff acted like they didn't want us there in the first place. Condo itself (9th floor) was very nice. View stunk - just a man-made canal. A few dolphins showed up in a backwater one morning so that... More

We stayed for 3 nights in unit 420 which is nicely decorated & just the right height. Our 10 year old loved the bunk area, but suggested adding a small TV. We never used the pullout couch, grill or kitchen, but it seemed well equipped (Lots of restaurants to walk to) It was nice to have a dryer for our... More

We stayed in a luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 6, owned by friends. Other condos are available for daily or weekly rent (the ones I saw ran from $150 - $205 per night, and well worth it). Many condos have balconies overlooking the intercoastal waterway with boats and yachts big and small to drool over. We saw... More
