My family has stayed at The Wharf several times and have always had a great time. This is a great place for couples or families with children. We have stayed for concerts and we have stayed to enjoy the pool area. There is something for everybody. The shops and restaurant choices seal the deal. Everything you need is right there.

I did not stay at the hotel here but I did go to a bar on site called rafters to watch a football game as well as sit at an outdoor bar near guy Harvey's while on a mini vacay from Louisiana. this area really does have a nice environment to just relax, have a drink , date night or shop.... More

This is one of my favorite places to stay in the Orange Beach area. We park our cars and don't get in them until we have to leave. I have staying in many of the units there but the one I like the most is 901. I love the pool and I love that you can go out and walk... More

We have stayed at this same unit 2 years in a row and recommend it to all our friends. You never have to leave the resort there are so many activities to keep you busy. We love the Oasis, it's never crowded.

The Wharf has everything that you could want without the "beach". However, there is a beach at the Lazy River which we love! Park your car and walk everywhere, or take the shuttle to the pool. They do frown upon you bringing your own alcohol and drinks to the pool area, unfortunately. Shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, arcade...There's something for every... More

We drove in from Ohio, long drive but it was worth it. We had kids ranging from 2 to 18 years old. The pool had everything to offer these kids, the wave pool was great even for the 2 year old. The staff at the pool bar were terrible I mean terrible! They Didn't want to be there it appeared.... More

It's a beautiful place to stay but there are a lot of downsides. If you want to go to the pool, you have a long wait to ride a golf cart unless you want to hike it. The swimming area is nice, but the guy at the gate seemed to be a jerk. Long story short, not worth the money.

Took 3 trys to get emailed terms of condo rental. Place was full of kids so can be noisy at times all condos have balconies with bar-b-que. They have cancelation fees, change fees and once they bill full amount no refunds. I used a card I had not used in over a year. After they final billed me the same... More

Room was amazing with beautiful views of the waterway on the backside. Rooms are located in the middle of a shopping/dining/entertainment district called The Wharf. Which is cute, albeit rather noisy at night. The Wharf has a "nighttime spectacular" 3 nights a week which can be heard from inside your room. It's not super loud, but noticeable. Area also has... Although the view out the back over the Intracoastal is spectacular, our unit was directly at the end of Main Street, which had noise and music night and day. If you go, be sure to get a condo either with a low number or a high number. Numbers that end with 10-18 are in the middle of the building. In... More
