We stayed in 913...a 2 bed 2 bath condo. It was nicely decorated...it felt like home. The kitchen is huge! The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were large. The kichen was nicely appointed...coffeepots...crockpot...toaster...many pots and pans, glasses, dishes. The balcony was oversized ( not a corner unit )...it had two loungers and a table and 6 chairs. Still... More

We just returned from a stay at the Palms in Orange Beach. Here are what I would say are the pros for this property: Great location; great views of the gulf, easy access to the beach, plenty of opportunities to rent chaise lounges/umbrellas or set up your own beach tent; close to grocery, many restaurants and attractions (Flora Bama, water... We stayed in condo 416 which is a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. The condo was decorated nicely and we had allot of room to have 3 families in the condo. The condo complex has a small parking lot which can be a problem with the 2 car per unit rule. The complex is older and shows signs of wear.... More

This is not a new building by any means but the staff that maintains and cleans it daily does a great job. Both pools were always clean, as were the entryways. The room we stayed in made up for the older building. Room 804 was well decorated, clean and comfortable. All beds were as advertised. The wrap around balcony gave... More

Our accommodations were as expected, but what we didn't expect was the odor outside and inside the entryway. We contacted maintenance several times and they came out and admitted they smelled something, but couldn't find the source, so they sprayed chemicals that did absolutely nothing to mask or neutralize the smell. I informed the manager that we were a part... More

We booked this condo through resortquest. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Everything was clean. The furniture was a little worn, but not dirty. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious enough. Our room was a beach view room, so we spent breakfast on the balcony while listening to the waves. Only complaint we had was that one of the... More

We go to Gulf Shores yearly and sometimes more then that. We have never had a problem till now. We went the first of August 2008. The condo was soooo dirty!! When we got there the first thing I noticed was how dirty the capets in the bedrooms were..I had to put towels down just to walk on it. On... More
