very out dated condo, exposed electrical plugs, broken blinds, tub faucet falling off wall, broken chairs at dining table, only one working elevator 30 minute wait to catch an elevator during morning of check out. Cable TV kept losing signal. TV not working in one bedroom. Too many choices in Orange Beach to settle for an outdated condo

We stayed in 701A. A is the east bldg (pool/beach view), B is west. Being on an end unit offers the warp around balcony. Large, spacious & comfortable. However, it does need some updating. Be very careful with the chairs though. The elements of weather are evident. My elderly mom sat in one and we all thought she was going... More

We stayed in 701A. We absolutely loved our stay.. Only reason I didn't give it excellent across the board is because of no wifi. We loved our unit. The balcony is amazing. It was plenty room for all 9 of us. Get a corner unit. All rooms have sliding doors leading to the wrap around unit. The unit was much... More

I'll start with the positive. Positive: Spacious units. Well maintained pools. Uncrowded beach. Negative: Slow elevators. No WiFi (advertised free WiFi). Security is a joke and management company was indignant to the safety and welfare of my family. My young children were confronted by young boys who were vulgar, sexually explicit, profane, and also restraining my 6-year old. Police couldn't... More

We stayed in #602 A for 5 nights. The rooms and beds were OK but the ladder on the bunk beds was unattached and fell with my daughter at least 3 times. Very dangerous! The beach access was standard and the pool was nice. The facility will only allow 2 cars per room even if you have 10 or more... More

I've stayed at condos in Orange Beach for over 25 years and this was the biggest disappointment I've ever encountered. We paid $$$ to stay in Summer House 805A and it was disgusting. The floors were so filthy we had to wear shoes to prevent our feet from turning black. The amount of mold & mildew in the unit made... More

Beautifully decorated, privately-owned condo that we rented from our friends. Loved the wrap around balcony and view. The outdoor pool was too cold, and the beach was windy, but as it warmed up, got to run thru the surf. Loved the indoor pool house with work-out area, showers, and huge hot tub with flow over wall into the pool. I... More

We booked a golf and stay trip through Kaiser Realty and stayed in 203B, a three bedroom condo. This was very nice for three women. The place had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large balcony facing the beach. The people from Kaiser Realty were very helpful and accommodating. For a first time visit to the Gulf Shores area,... More

My husband and I and a friend of ours took our 4 children to Orange Beach for a 5 day vacation in September and stayed at Summer House on Romar Beach, 1201 B. The condo was on the 12th floor with an amazing view! This is a corner unit, so there is a wrap around balcony with doors opening to... More

My family stayed the last week of July beginning on August. The location was great and the beach was nice. We were in condo 1205. The condo was clean but very dated. The doors to the closets would not open completely. The only complaint I had was with the crowd on Saturday with everyone coming in the two elevators were... More
