Awful experience. Had to stay in a smoking room. Stained carpet, roaches in kitchen and bath, spider webs, coffee stains on box spring cover, uncomfortable bed. Paid 200 per night and had only paid 135.00 last year. Appears that the place has significantly declined. Weeds all in the flower beds. Beer cans and bottles outside in the parking lot. Staff... Decent place to stay for a game weekend. Reasonable rates, clean rooms... Nothing fancy, but if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower it's a good choice. We've stayed several times without any real problems. It's also close to the interstate.

Son and I stayed here for an AU football game weekend. Very convenient as is on 280 just down from Tiger Town. Full size refrigerator and microwave were utilized. Room was pretty clean, but could've been cleaner. Staff was nice. WIFI was excellent.

My criteria for accommodations are fairly simple. 1. The bathroom must be VERY clean. 2. The bed linens must be VERY clean and the bed comfortable. Criteria 1 was met. Criteria two was a little iffy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets clean. The cigarette burns (multiple) on the bedspread and the mattress pad (which could be seen... More

We stayed at this extended stay hotel last night. We arrived at 11:30pm on a big campus weekend, so going to another hotel was not an option. The hallway was dirty, loud and smelly. But our room was awful. It reeked of smoke, though listed as a non-smoking room. After a few minutes we could no longer smell the smoke... More

Never stayed at Studio 6 before, but for a multi-night stay - this is the way to go. Small kitchen with micro, frig, 2 burner stove, dishes, glasses, etc. Extremely clean - nice flat screen tv. Close to Interstate 85 so easy access. Everything the traveler would want. Will definitely stay here if back in this area.

My brother in law's room had an overwhelming odor of urine. It also smelled like someone tried to cover it up with air freshener. Also, after crawling on the floor for a minute or two in our room, my daughter's leg was black. We informed the front desk that we would not stay due to the disgusting conditions and she... More

Before you book online reservations for this hotel, you might want to think twice. Me, my wife, and my daughter booked Studio 6 in Opelika this past weekend using their online reservation system. When we showed up for our reservation, the lady at the front desk informed us that they REFUSED my online reservation because the price was too cheap... More

The room had a terrible odor and was filthy. Mold on the showerhead. The rooms have small kitchens and there was food on the wall. Furniture and carpet was dirty. We paid for two nights at check-in and moved to another motel after staying here the first night; forfeited the second night's charge and it was worth it to get... More

My husband and I stayed at the hotel this weekend. Our sister-in-law had made the reservations for us and it was our first time to stay at a Studio 6. We checked in on Friday, the carpet had bad stains on it and the room was ok. Nothing out of the ordinary. We had 3 washcloths, 2 bath towels and... More
