My family and I were on vacation and wanting to go to the casino so we just decided to get 2 rooms. When we arrived, the neighborhood is very sketch and unnerving. When we were going up to our rooms on the 2nd floor and the elevators were broke. Walking down the hall way to find the stairs, it smelled... More

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel: one for 4 nights and 1 for five nights. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! Where do I begin --- My reservations were booked over the phone and I was told the hotel had a restaurant. I contacted the hotel because they immediately charged my card for the total cost,... More

Bad part of town, felt unsafe immediately. Had to wait in a one filled lobby for help. She said there was no hot water and that we should not stay anywhere near here. She was nice enough to direct us to a better motel and apologized. The website said it was a luxury hotel. No way!!!

We were tired from travel and just needed a place to rest overnight. We paid for the room sight unseen and boy were we shocked. Roaches, filthy towels and walls, cigg burns and the worst part is the carpet outside looked and smelled like it had been sitting in nasty water for a year. Pool was empty, lights out in... More

On 7/5/13 i checked into the hotel. The elevator does work. I had haul my belongings up 3 flights of stairs. The worst was the staff that worked 3:00pm to 11:00 pm. She was really nasty attitude. I will not stay there again

I attempted to stay here just a few days ago, but the conditions were so deplorable that I demanded a refund. I am NOT a picky person or princess by any means, I was looking for merely a place to sleep for the night and was obviously looking to save money. My advice: pay the extra $20 to stay at... More

I want to first say I am so ashamed of the other reviews of this motel. When I saw 1 star ratings and reviews of how it is in a dangerous part of town and such, I was afraid to put in a reservation until I looked at the property. These people portrayed it as the Bates Motel. Me and... More
