I was on a business trip to Mobile and couldn't find any rooms at La Quinta. So I decided to try this Howard Johnson location. The price was reasonable. My room was large and clean. I would stay here again next time as it is close to where I conduct business. more

There was some construction going on on some of the other floors. However, our room was clean and big. In addition, the pool was big and very clean and nice. Compared to other rooms we have stayed in this was a lot better. We have been to others where there were ant trails going from room to room. more

I arrived at this motel to check in, and they had cancelled my reservation without explanation. When they offered to put me in what they call their "emergency room" I was so glad that I no longer had a room reserved there. The hall ways were smelly. The bathroom was dirty. The pillows were flat. Coffeemaker did not work. Two people and only got one bath towel. Breakfast was terrible juice and milk were warm.
