The owners, particularly Naomi, were friendly and ammenable. However, we found the house needing some major upkeep and repairs. The porch door knob was broken; the bathroom door would not close all the way; the bathroom had no air circulating unit so the mirrors would fog. A standard hotel near an interstate highway can provide a clean bed and a continental breakfast, but a locally owned bed and breakfast provides so much more. Without question the MY Victorian Bed and Breakfast was the loveliest B&B that we have seen. Only 5 guest rooms, but each one was just beautiful. The beds are luxuriosly comfortable, with feather bed mattress pads and loads of pillows. Overall this B&B was a very good experience. Naomi was very nice, as were her two dogs. The strawberry covered crepes for breakfast were amazing. My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary there. Naomi bought us a bottle of champaign and brought it up to us iced with two glasses. She didn't even add it to our bill.... more

This was the most clean, comfortable, and quiet bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in!! You felt right at home with your surroundings and the hosts. The food was delicious and it is within walking distance to historic downtown. more
