This place was a complete dive. We booked on Hotwire and will never do that again. My husband and I came down to Mobile for our kids Spring Break to visit relatives. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel room itself was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable for the price we were given. The kids really enjoyed the pool and free wifi. More

Stayed at Family Inn for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Customer service was wonderful. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and big. Also they have security on the property at night and it was basiclly quiet. Felt very secure and safe!! More

When you reserve your room online there is a picture of another nice hotel. The picture looks so nice. Once you get there and try to cancel you are charged anyway.
