Where can I start. First of all the hotel was not listed on Hotels as an Extended Stay Hotel; many reasons why you dont want to stay at an extended stay when only staying for 2 days. First, no clean towels each day, no housekeeping each day, a coffee pot but no coffee (you can buy a pack for a dollar in the office). The walls are paper thin; I literally thought the woman next door was coughing right there at our table in our room. The service was horrible. The woman that checked us in hardly even made eye contact and then the other young lady took a personal call and discussed it in front of us. The worst was when we were awoken by the automated wake up call at 2:30 AM and again at 5 AM; I called the office at 5 AM to tell them what had happened and with NO APOLOGY was told that I had to clear the wake up calls and there could be more. I asked the next morning if it is not part of housekeeping and check out to clear all wake up calls and was told that it was supposed to be, but... more
