This place is a DUMP!!! Since I had stayed in an America's Best in another state and it was okay, I decided to stay regardless of other reviews. Upon my arrival the air conditioner in my room didn't seem to be working and after waiting a little while to see if it was indeed broken, I called the front desk... More

Talk about the typical foreign owned hotel! This place epitomizes everything bad a hotel can have. Open drug dealers selling next door, people in and out all night, torn comforter, skinny thin dry and rough towels, blood stains on the bathroom door jam, one piilow obviously not cleaned from the last tenant, filthy carpet, no remote control, no coffee maker,... This motel is absolutely horrid. Neighbors are very sketchy looking and I had one begging money from me. People are in and out all night long slammin doors and playing loud music. Burn marks on the bath tub and it looked like it hadnt been scrubbed in over a year. Burn holes in the ill fitting sheets. Sink was cracked... More

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay, we do have a lot of workers and they do tend to gather at night, however we do try to make sure that they do not disturb any of the other guests.we have new bedding and also have resurfaced our sinks and tubs.please give us another opportunity... Old beat up furniture, very uncomfortable bed, shady neighbors. On top of that I checked out a day early (after informing them the night before that I was) and I was told I 'could not be refunded' for the night I didn't stay. I was told 'had you booked through us....' I told the 'manager' that I booked through THEIR... More

This is the nastiest hotel I've ever encountered!! Even advertising "$39 guaranteed" at a $54 rate only guarantees the bugs and lack of cleanliness of the room. After a day of travelling, we were definitely cleaner arriving rather than leaving. Bed linens were questionable after encountering bugs and urine on the floor around the toilet. No lock other than one... More

We checked in front desk was nice. I asked for a non-smoking room, but was told there was none available. I did get an opportunity to look at a smoking room. It was fine. However, after we checked in we noticed that the room smelled like mildew & cigarette smoke. The room needs a remodeled. The bedspread had a hole... More

I spent the evening in one of your establishment in Mobile, AL (March 22, 2014) at 162 South Belt Line off of Hwy65. It was by far the worst experience I have had staying at any property in my 50+ Years. The level of cleanliness and lack thereof was astonishing. The quality of the furnishings and the cleanliness of the... More

I booked this room rather quickly via the "Hotels" app after discovering that my flight out of MOB was cancelled and automatically rebooked for the following day, due to bad weather at DFW. I ended up paying almost twice the rate displayed on the banner on the front of the hotel. Unfortunately, what I paid via the app is "non-refundable".... More

I am so furious not only with this hotel, but the other hotels along this strip that I may never stay in Mobile again. Upwards of a dozen hotels in this belt line area flash rates of $39--on their signs, in coupons, on billboards. But when you go to check in, suddenly those rooms are 'unavailable'. This hotel GUARANTEES $39... More

The rooms were small. A car got its tail light smashed in the parking lot sometime between 12 and 4 in the afternoon the second day. And the first morning we stayed a guest was arrest in the parking lot.
