We were in town to watch the Mississippi Braves take-on Montgomery's hometown Biscuits. The location was great. We actually stayed across the street from the visiting team. We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites on June 29, 2007. I read the discouraging reviews before booking, but decided to give the place a chance since I didn't want to stay in Montgomery, but was going to be in the general area. My first room, refrigerator was turned off. Handles missing on drawers, front door would not stay shut. My second room coffee pot chipped/cracked, used bar of soap in shower. Waited hours for problems to be taken care of. more

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms but very noisy. Could hear the noise of the ice maker machine even though we were two rooms away.
