This hotel is old, the furnishings are old, everything is old & needs a complete refurbishment. Venetians have broken draw strings, the carpet is worn, the bath fittings are out of Rudyard Kipling, the windows haven't been cleaned in years, there's black mould in all the grout lines in the bathroom; its tired !!!! I stayed here for two nights in Dec 2008 in a single room. The room is spacious and clean but decor and equipments really need to be changed. I only stay for one night in this hotel during the chinese new year. It is spacious with king size bed and with tea table with two arm chair. The view is ok, quite big window. The bath tub need to be change. Got tear in the inner tub. I order extra bed for my child though I shouldn't have.... more

Stayed for one night. It was very cheap (RM128 nett) and good value for money. Room reasonably sized and clean. Bathtub needs to be revamped but otherwise it was ok. Bed was comfortable. Window can be opened. Service was good. We asked for extra pillow and hair drier (not supplied in the room) and they were delivered within 5 minutes.... more

The check-in area is bright and there are sofa around the lobby to rest yourself. The room is a good size and comfortable. The toilet is a bit rundown. Mine did not have shower curtain.
