The guesthouse is cheap, convenient and accessible to all the tourist attractions in Melacca. It has friendly and accommodating staffs. This place is good for travelling with a tight budget; and to those who wants to save money for the next trip.... But during my stay, the common area or living area was a bit messy.....

the only minus was that they had a bit of a water problem, leaking from the roof into the toilet, but otherwise was satisfied with everything else and the price is good. Really nice staff. Big plasma TV in the common area.

I have been staying in this guest house for 4 times. I have a good memory on this low budget accommodation because of its good location and affortable price. But no more this time. THe large lounge, dining room and 2 bathrooms on 2/F disappeared. The common area on 3/F also gone. Instead, there are 5 more rooms for the... More

This is my fifth times to stay in this low room rate guest home. New ownership is noted. No much change except fresh wall wash and glass door at the staircase down stair. The location is no regret at all: 5 mins walk to the historical attractions, 10 mins to China Town, shopping malls, museum, and restaurants. The rooms/dorm beds... More

i stayed here for two nights but i was practically coming back to sleep. It was not a good place, i practically complained for everything to be fixed but the staffs are good and friendly people and the manager always made an effort to fix what ever could be fixed immediately. The hotel is located right in the centre of... More

I'm an easy traveller and had been staying in many dorms before but this is certainly the worst i ever had. I don't even want to stay for another minute and don't even bother to check out and went straight to the hotel opposite it. The "double room" had no lock, with bed and pillow, and a wall-fan, with heavy... More

Really didn't enjoy our stay here. The rooms were very smelly (cigarette smoke), and very basic. We were not given towels, or a bed sheet. The bathrooms are equally as terrible, with no toilet roll, and they weren't cleaned throughout our stay in Melaka. The staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. In addition, I don't think the location is that... More

This convenient hostel occupies second, third and fourth floors of a commercial/residential building in a quiet street near to two large shopping malls . It is only 3 minutes walk to the historical sites and museums including Porta De Santiago, The Stadthuys Complex, Maritime Museum , Hill St. Paul, jocker Walk and the riverside. The rooms are very basic. It... More
