It was simply the best. We stayed in the majestic hotel and my wish was their command. Fabulous way to spend a special birthday. Have been waiting to try out this hotel and finally checked in early this month. Warm welcome whereby GRO presents cold towel upon arrival and escorted to room. fantastic services right from the GM, Mr Punch, to the buttler & the rest in-between. The buttlers being Nepalese could hardly communicate in proper English yet their polite & welcoming gestures & body language speaks so volumous than most ppl who could speak eloquent English.
