I stayed there from the 24th to 26th of April. First off, for people who are planning to drive to the hotel, there is a private car park at the rear of the hotel. Now, when I first walked into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and warm 'Good morning' from the behind the desk. Cliss, their... More

Stayed here for one night on a vacation so didn't spend much time in the hotel and didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment. Pros: Clean room Modern design Big bathroom Great location Parking Friendly staff Cons: The water was not very hot Maybe pricey in comparison to surrounding hotels

Stayed for one day in this hotel, very spacious room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was standard. Staff was very helpful with check in, check out and friendly. Concierge are very helpful with all of our luggage. The best part of this hotel is it's location, walking distance to all major attractions in Melaka!

The location is great within 5 mins walk to Jonker street. Reception staff are friendly. However i could smell someone smoked in the hallway to the room, the actually room itself is not very clean - carpet infact is very dirty and marks all over the wall. I only stayed for one night it did the job -it could be... More

Had a 3 night stay in the Leyton room, first floor. A pretty standard, functional room. Yes there was a small ant colony marching across the top of the bed and the furniture is more seventies than 21st century but I wasn't bothered. The newly refurbished bathroom with multi-functional shower was excellent. A comfortable bed with reasonable WiFi meant I... More

We booked a family room that came with 2 queen beds. However, the beds didn't seem like the standard queen beds and were a squeeze for 2 slim adults. Good location, just a walk to attractions and Jonker Street night market. But no swimming pool to cool down after a hot day. Breakfast was a la carte and generous.

We spent an hour in the loft breakfast area n only got served with toast n coffee. Our main set took ages. We even had to set our own table (taking cutlery from next table). Incredible service! They seriously need to review their bf sequence, it's in a mess.

We stayed in this hotel after being recommended by a friend. Travel/holiday during the festive season is actually very tiring and what we need only a hotel close to the attractions. But this boutique hotel is exceeding our expectations. Thanks to the counter staff who helped us since the day we arrived. They were very helpful, friendly and concerned to all... More

Special thanks to Cliss and Stephen for being very attentive and helpful! We arrived for just a one-night stay in their Windsor Room but was amazed with the service offered. Parking was a little bit cramped but guests are given priority so not to worry. Hotel rooms/areas were spotless clean and not to forget a very spacious shower area! Distance... More

In city centre, close from all attractions, very well maintained. AC running very well and quietly. The hotel was perfectly quiet at night. Very Friendly and helpful reception staff (opening the hotel door as soon as they see you). Many convenience stores across the hotel. There are no restaurants in the hotel, but excellent local restaurants next door, at local... More
