If your looking for comfort, a close location to Jonker St and the food and markets, this is the place to stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. A top end hostel with a budget price. Be sure to book in advance as it is busy and for good reason.

a higher end budget guest house. clean. safe. good location. just next to Jonker street. only problem is that it is difficult to book. always full as they have limited rooms. also, if you drive, you have to park at public carpark. no parking facilities are available.

We walked in to check out the availability and lucky us there were rooms left. We took a room for 2 & a room for 3, both were clean and lovely. It's located at the entrance of jonker street so it makes it very convenient and easy for us to walk around. Unfortunately, there's no parking for this hotel and... More

Just beside jonker street. A lot of local food nice and delicious. We stayed here the weekend full of people on the street. Best location to stay, eat and drinks. Hard Rock Cafe just beside of the hotel. Unfortunately there is no parking for this hotel.

The rooms are small, nothing to it. The bathroom is not squeaky clean as advertised - if you lift the toilet seat it still has old urine splashed on it. The so called breakfast is only toast - nothing else. The beds are the most uncomfortable. Even the fact that it is 10 seconds from Jonker street doesn't make up... More

Stayed at the hotel on 20-21 June '14. Had the 2 rooms, one was for 2 persons, another for 3. It was so well located, easy to find and is just at the entrance of jonker's street, anyone can find their way their easily. Security was great, you require the room card to enter the dinning area and lift. The... More

Overall, the hotel stay was comfy. *Strategically located between jonker street and the quayside, so we didn't have to drive around. *The only problem might be the noise coming from the entrance door of the floor, since our room was just next to the door.

Booked 2 rooms with Hangout recently. The hotel is clean and looks new which okay for all of us. There few issue 1) one of the room air-condition is not working well, tried to inform the receptionist. Well they did send someone, what's worst is that they just help to switch off the air-conditioner instead of fixing it. 2) The... More

The location is good, at the end of Jonker Street where is near to the Hard Rock cafe. The staffs are as friendly and helpful. We got the connecting rooms on 3rd floor which is great!!! As one of the room is near to the road, in the night can be quite nosiy due to the trishaw with loud song... More
