This place is definitely value for money! The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the amenities are sufficient. The toilet has a nice modern design, and the water pressure is great. Everything else meets requirement and to a certain extent exceeds my expectations for the amount of money that I paid. The breakfast is simple - bread, omelette,... More

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, well equipped with amenities, simple choices of breakfast and the price is right. One downside is, would prefer if the staff could make the bed for extra bed in the room, instead of lying the bedsheet, pillows on the floor.

Place was homely, spacious and clean. Ideal for groups/families. Porch space for two cars. No cooking amenities, but cutleries provided. You can choose to eat at the hotel cafe which... More

this hotel situated far from the city(suitable with own transport).the guy manning the front office also not customer friendly (a bit rude and arrogant when he says take it or leave it ). they have 2 type 1) rooms 2) house accomodation which is clean and new.a good place to sleep only coz there is nothing around here.

I stayed at the Sunflower House. The house was with spacious living hall, kitchen and rooms. But the bathrooms for Room 2 & 3 were a bit small. Great place for family with kids as the little friends can play and run arround the house.

I stayed here for 1 night as a Solo Traveler. From malacca main bus terminal, their hotel is only 15 mins. away and it cost 20MYR. The hotel is quite bit far the main city (tourist attractions) so, I rented a taxi for 70MYR for half day. The room is okay...clean, twin bed and with 32" inch LCD TV (with... More

This was a great budget hotel. Only main issue was the actual location, its a little out of the way from Malacca (not too bad if you've got a car though). Parking was plenty, hotel rooms were clean and tidy. Oddly, even though the hotel is in a suburb area, its actually right on a very busy main road /... More

Stayed here in Dec 2012 enroute to Frasers hill. Traveling with three young kids, it's good to break up long distances. Settled with Sunflower despite it not being at the centre of town. Nice quiet environment. Parking is right in front of hotel. And it's free. Stayed in a family room with two double beds with some space for kids... More
