You really feel that they want you to feel relaxed and if there's anything you need they will help you. They fixed taxis to us cheaper than what you could get on the street. i stayed here for 1 week and really enjoyed it here and would recommend it to anyone! it has hot water, a/c, wifi, tv, fridge, and comfortable beds, and can also get your clothes washed there which is very handy, and the room is very clean. I was lucky to come across the Om Sai Guest House in Palolem. The location is a short walk (170m) from the pristine beach. The manager Raul Mane could not have been more helpful.
