Turyia was the perfect solution to a large family holiday but can only be so in cool weather as it doesnt have air conditioning and some rooms have no windows.staff is friendly and very obliging but cleanliness could be given greater attention.

Stayed in Turiya in Dec 2014 and had a gala time there. We were travelling with a group of friends and had the entire villa at our disposal. This place grows on you....as it takes a while to get used to the property, which is very well designed and done! The detailing in each room, and corridor is done with... More

If you are looking for a different type of Goan experience, then I'd highly recommend Turiya. The original heritage villa is done up beautifully by the owner, Sandesh (an architect). The aesthetics are impeccable. And there' a little 'decor' surprise in every nook & cranny. We love the rooms and the lack of AC didn't really bother us. The weather... More

Goa is sooo beautiful in this side .. one has to see it to believe .. and i was lucky to be there during the rains ... ohhh the beauty is breath taking .. I had a wonderful time at Turiya. It's indeed very homely and the staff did their best to make me feel at home. Loved the way the architect owner has been sensitive to the house's original character and maintaining the same in the new additions. The thoughtful dash of colour every now and then, adds life to space. The verandahs... More

If you are looking to unwind, relax and enjoy the silence in a beautiful setting then go and stay at Turiya. The staff was friendly. The property was amazing. The food was beyond delicious. The beach was close by as well if you were looking for a change of scenery and want to dine at busy restaurants. Two thumbs up!

Got to know of Turiya through my friend and must say Turiya exceeded my expectations. Have been to South Goa several times but nothing could match Turiya. Owner Sandesh Prabhu who is an architect and interior designer has put his thoughts right from the door knob to every corner followed by the names of the rooms in the property. The... More

Thanks to Amrita and her wonderful staff Turiya makes for a cozy and comfortable stay. The home is prettily appointed and the first impression it makes on you is stunning. The showers are quaint and our kids enjoyed esp them. The best beach is Agonda, around 9 kms away ; its absolutely gorgeous with white sands and no crowds and... More

I'm glad you had a good time here. It was awfully quiet once you all left. Unfortunately, our spa has remained closed during the Monsoons. However, I hope you will stay in Turiya again to experience the spa. Thank you so much, it was lovely to meet and talk to all of you :) More

I and my husband visited Goa in 2nd week of August 2014 and stayed at Turiya Villa. Turiya villa is abt 2kms from Palolem beach and offered a perfect getaway for us to enjoy Goa in monsoons. Canacona is not heavily crowded with tourists and so is laid back and quiet, an ideal setting for Turiya. It is a perfect... More

Turiya checks all the boxes when it comes a peaceful, charming Goa getaway. It's idyllic, clean, thoughtfully designed, with nature in mind, and serves delicious home-cooked food--if it's in season, do request the rawa-fried prawns and the dry clams in coconut masala. The rooms are big with a great sense of space, thanks to the high tiled ceilings. This rambling... More
