We checked in here when we first arrived as its on the main road just off the beach. Clean room, hot water and quiet. £8 a night for a double room and a great place to stay when you first arrive even for a night or two whilst looking at the shacks on the beach.

It appears this guesthouse has not been reviewed recently so this is somewhat of an update. We understand from talking with the owner during our stay that the management was contracted out for a time and that did not work out. Too many complaints were received so the owner has taken back manageing the day to day operations of the... More

I've stayed in Seagull twice. It's quite nice guest house very close to beach. Rooms are simple but comfortable, most important - always clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. And price is not high. I also recommend to try food in restaurant in this guest house - they have the best garlic naan I've ever eaten in southern India.

This was the 4th year in a row we have stayed at Seagull, it is in perfect position, right on beach street, In amongst the shops, money changers, travel agents and eateries. Only a minutes walk to the beach. A stones throw from Sunjay Superstore where you can purchase all your drinks, food and hygiene items and just right of... More

It's a nice enough place with good staff mostly. I guess there are always exceptions. The room was clean but full of mosquitoes, though the beds do have a mosquito net. We paid 500 a night for off season which is okay just a bit steep. Late checkout is horrible. The manager was not very nice to deal with and... More

We paid the equivalent of £4 a night for a double room with private shower and toilet in the off season. The room was basic, stuffy and not very clean but at this price you can't complain. Had a fan and warm water. What makes this place is the food and the staff. The restaurant is amazing, from crepes to... More

As we were in Palolem during the wet season, we did not have the option of coco huts. We were not too disappointed as we found the Seagull Guest House. We checked out a few places on the road to the beach, and this was by far the best value for money. We spent the first night in a ground... More

We had never been to southern Goa before and chose this hotel for one very good reason, we didn't have to hump our packs along the beach looking for a coco-hut. There is one main road down to Palolem beach and the Seagull is right at the beach end of the road, about 20m from the beach itself. If you... More
