This hotel is lovely, very basic, relaxing, amazing staff and fun evening entertainment (bit cheesy but fun). We felt really looked after right from the start. Just back from 2 weeks at Santiago. Still not altogether sure how we feel about it. Room was very basic (guess this is normal). Tv didn't work. Air conitioning was only worked occasionally.
