There is no clear sign board/road map to reach the hotel. We recently stayed for 3 nights in an Executive room. Rooms are very smelling and bad odur. Fungus were formed on walls & wardrobes unable to stay in the room for even 1 hour. Poor support & services from front desk. Not value for money. Very bad experience. more

Hotel is at a god location. Very very near to the calangute beach. But on the flip side, its a bit away from the main road /market. So difficult to roam around without a vehicle. I was there with friends in the month of November.. Its a great place.. The rooms are great .. well spaced.. neat and clean.. The bathrooms are also clean.. The rooms were nice although the one I got and the one my friends got were different(in size and quality) even when the booking was for the deluxe room for both of us. The property is right on the beach and that makes it a really convinient place. more

I would not recommend this Hotel. The first room we were shown was awful. We did not want to put our clothes down on the settee. The bathroom had litter and hadn't been cleaned. It was VERY basic.
