We first stayed here in 2007. Our tour operator was Thompson - we liked the location but the rooms were very poor - desperately needing refurbishment and thorough cleaning. A year later we returned to Benaulim but stayed somewhere else. Thompson had by then dropped the Royal Palms from their brochure - probably because of the number of customer complaints.... more

We were at Royal Palms in end of Nov 2008.I think it's a nice place for family getaway as it has a great location.I prefer clean beaches with less crowd and so I loved Benaullim Beach as it was very less crowded and preferably a very clean beach. Theres alot of stuff already out there on the Royal Plams so ill try to be helpful to first time non members of the RGBC resorts.
