The A/C in our room didn't really work - we had to point it out after we moved in! Any hotel that waits for its customers to find out basic problems isn't a good choice. This hotel is just gorgeous...We stayed in the Crossandra room which overlooked the garden..I can't say a bad thing about it..I totally enjoyed relaxing at the pool after a busy day and would stay there again in a flash!!
