Resort was Located before 2km to Calungate beach. easy access to Baga, Anjuna,and other places. Service is like value for Money. Need Improvement in Complimentary Breakfast. Staff are very Friendly with us.

4 days of pure terror. Rooms were not clean, neither were beds. We had to extensively follow up with the room service to ensure rooms were cleaned regularly. Location-wise, the resort has been placed decently. But is suffering due to bad management.

We stayed there for 2 night it is very neasr to famous beach but hotel food is not much good.even there no more choice in food but overall good in cheap price....

Everything about this resort is wonderful. Extensive manicured gardens. Good selection of bars and restaurants. The pool area was a little on the small side but it never felt crowded. I would absolutely recommend the Standard premier room. The room was luxurious and spacious,everything you could possibly want in a luxury...

This is the worst hotels of all. The rooms are smelly, there is no room service and the so called complimentary breakfast will charge you even if you ask for some extra butter.
