Stayed at the Casa Anjuna in January 2009 after staying at the Taj Village for a few days. It is a nice boutique place slightly secluded from the main road. There is a nice inside walking path to the beach from the rear of the Casa. Anjuna beach is spectacular although the path to the beach is full of shops.... more

The hotel is located near the secluded Anjuna beach. Though not very far from the happening calangute and baga, Casa anjuna is little dull and only attracts foreign tourists looking for a quite and peaceful break. The dint like the fact that here is no room service and the food can only be had in the poolside rest. The rooms... more

This place has an awful lot going for it. The building itself is wondeful and very well restored while the location is very good - just 5 minutes from the best that Anjuna has to offer and in a very quiet spot. Furthermore the pool is sublime if slightly shady at times. However there is a lot of room for... more

Whilst I agree that Casa Anjuna is a lovely looking place, the gardens are lovely and peaceful, it's beauty really is marred by garbage on their adjoining land and its use as a toilet for some people. The rubbish from the hotel is dumped behind the car park in some wasteland and others come to dump their rubbish there too.... more

We stayed here for 4 nights during May 2007 after spending 9 nights at an average hotel in Candolim. The rate was affordable as this was during off-season, and there was less than 10 guests at the time. We practically had the pool to ourselves and the area was quiet and relaxing. We got a nice room on the first... more

I regret not going with the TA reviews of this hotel. In short the room we were given was very good, but we checked other rooms & found ours was the best among 20-22 rooms in the hotel. The hotel is overpriced. The intercom was not working so we had to go downstairs for any requests. The staff tried to... more

Knowing Goa well, I was given the task of arranging a holiday with friends to celebrate their recent engagement. I chose Casa Anjuna because of its excellent reputation both locally and here in the UK. It was a perfect setting for the romantic couple, having their own penthouse suite with EVERYTHING they needed, including plenty of space. For the others,... more
