What a wonderful natural homely feeling while staying here. The owners Mr & Mrs Felix was so friendly and cordial. Anjuna beach and Flea market 5 min walk. Oxford Arcade ( ( a supermarket , wine store & money exchange ) is next to Anjuna palms. I personally like the greenery in the property with huge Mango trees, Bread fruit... More

We were four people who stayed here for four days in the peak season of December(19th to 23rd). The prices were awesome(around Rupees 350 per night per person). The place is amazingly well maintained for a budget accomodation. The room we got was clean with an attached bathroom and our stay could'nt have been more comfortable. The owners of the... More

We stayed here 3 nights in a private double for around 800, which was by far the cheapest thing in the area. The rooms are what we payed for, basic and quaint. No fancy hotel. The rooms don't have any mosquito protection so make sure you get burners and repellents. The owners were very very helpful and nice and the... More

The accommodation was quite basic in a bungalow-styled room with gaps all around between the walls and the slanted roof above (no ceiling), so mosquitoes were a bit of a problem at night. But the ensuite bathroom with a western toilet was perfect; and maybe call it a stroke of luck, there were three beds in my room so it... More

So i stayed here for a night. I had initially booked a shared bathroom room but seeing the state of it, I just couldn't get myself to stay there so I moved to a private one, which smelled terribly of mould and moisture. The place has potential and needs better maintainence and cleaning and just some simple decoration could make... More

I am all for basic budget accommodation but to be honest on arrival to Anjunapalms I had to stop myself from buying cleaning products from the supermarket next door. Stained pillows and dirty bed sheets, lots of bugs and frogs in room, smelly and very uncomfortable beds. We had a twin room with a fan and it didn't help that... More

Okay to begin with, one of the best maintained property in Anjuna at a cheap rate. The quality of the rooms were better than expected. If you are thinking that its cheap and might not be good, pls change that thinking. A really well maintained property at a cheap rate. Located next to departmental store and 5-10 min walking to... I stayed here with a female friend for four nights and it was lovely budget accommodation. Very Helpful staff and great location. Rooms are basic but clean and the price is brilliant, no complaints from us. Ideal for young travellers who want to experience Goa but don't have a large budget. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and places to... More

Booked a room for 4 at 500₹ for 1 night. Cnt get. Better deal than this. Owners are helpful. They helped to know what all things are around to enjoy. No problem whatsoever even if u r coming late night. 2 decent restaurants adjacent to hotel. Anjuna and vagator beach are at a short distance.
