This seems like a new hotel whether it is or not.
The entire hotel was clean and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable.
Pool may have been on the small side but big enough for the kids to burn off some energy.
Continental breakfast was good, not great.
All in all I liked the place. For the rate I paid I was not disappointed. more

Booked a room here via AAA website. Website had no indication of pet prohibition. When I tried to check in with family, learned of the policy. No attempt made by hotel management, Baymont, or AAA website (operated by Travelocity; beware!) to refund my charge--shameful. I will continue to fight this injustice. The addage "customer is always right" no longer applies. Sad state of affairs with this corporations, management, and society. --hm more
