My family and I stayed at Ramada Huntsville and we all had a bad trip. First on the list is the rooms were not clean, the sofa sleeper in the living room area had blood stains on the mattress, the 2 queen sized beds had clean sheets but there was hair on them from someone else before we got there.... Traveling with my 90+ year old parents meant that I needed a better-than-average hotel experience so that they would continue to travel with us. We got that, though not without a hitch. When we arrived, our rooms were not ready so the desk clerk upgraded us to suites. They were very nice. Comfortable beds. Just what we needed. It was... More

Thought I was booking with Country Inn and suites in Huntsville,AL area as advertised. Instead, ramada bought them out and it's not the same place the rest of our group is staying. Air doesn't work in room, but "someone will come work on it when they get back from an airport run." Asked if I could be moved to the... More

Badly needs renovations. I can tel they try to keep things neat but it needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The layout is like apartments, the way you have to get around. Narrow hallways, bad odor. I wouldn't stay again.

A bit retro, but clean and comfortable.. Big suites. Good location for dining etc. Laundry room. Pool are clean.. Furniture slowly being replaced.. New flat screen TVs. Give it a try.. Breakfast was OK. Hotel staff were very friendly.. Good van service to the airport. .

This hotel is very outdated, the walls and ceiling are falling apart and showing signs of water damage. The hotel is very behind the times and needs more than a band aid. The breakfast was very good, however, I was disappointed with the microwaved eggs.

This hotel is dirty and in desparate need of remodeling. I would not stay here again with all the other hotel choices in the area. Even though the rooms were a nice size, the carpets are all stained and the room was dirty.

We have been staying at this location since March 2013 due to working in this area. We have seen many employees come and go! Quincy is always ready to help in Amy way possible. Ashley is the same way. I hated to swap motels but that's what it has come to. As long as we have been staying there, last... More

The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson in University Drive, Huntsville, is well located a short hop from restaurants, bars and the Mall on U'ty Drive. A good stop if staying in Huntsville for a few days. The rooms are good size and well appointed for the $$. All have free wifi and all the usual things you'd need -... More
