Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Marriott in Huntsville. It was very conveniently located off of I-565 also on the grounds of the Space Center Museum and a nice relatively new outdoor mall called Bridge Street Towne Center. The hotel was good, the beds really comfy. We didn't eat at the restaurant as we like to try... more

The location to the space center was excellent, next door and within walking distance. The price of hotel was also excellent.Room very comfortable and up to date.Beds very comfortable.Beautiful lobby and great service. We did not eat here due to price but numerous restaurants within 2-3 mils.Indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna were great after a day of walking.Would definitely stay here again. more

This was my second stay here in the past several years. The hotel is OK. Rooms comfortable, nice flat screen TV and other amenities. Unfortunately there's really nothing located near the hotel (except the space center) so there's no real options for dining and entertainment outside the hotel. The lounge I found to be fairly unkempt with so so service.... more

After reading the positive and negative reviews I was prepared to find a mediocre hotel that relied on its location near Space Camp for business. I have to say that my experience was very good in terms of the service, facility and cost. I have to surmise that the hotel has upgraded the facility recently as I found all rooms... more

Our room was so humid that the rug felt wet and the walls had water stains on it. The bed was so soft that our backs hurt for days. We stayed there two nights and left for the Westin. more

My husband is staying at the Huntsville Marriott while attending Space Camp with our son's 5th grade class (the kids are in the camp dorms). I have had two wonderful examples of service that I wanted to share. Last week I contacted Brandi in Catering about having a basket in my husband's room upon arrival. I was *very* specific about... more

I have never posted a negtive review on trip advosor so I consider myself a very fortunate traveler but my stay at this hotel was the worst yet. I sent the same text below via email to the Marriott. I felt it important to share my displeasure with my experience at the Huntsville Marriott on January 23, 2008. My administrative... more

We were just in Huntsville for one night. We were taking our 4 and 6 year old boys to visit the Space and Rocket Center. First off, it was right next door to the Space Center. We thought it would more than we wanted to spend, but I went in to check on the rate anyway. I was surprised that... more

We just stayed at the Marriott Huntsville this weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised. The previous reviews here weren't too good, but this was a trip pre-arranged by our scouting pack, and this hotel is on the Space Camp grounds, so it seemed convenient. First, the room. It was thoroughly clean, fresh-smelling, and had the really nice soft bedding with... more
