Great location!- close to shopping, dining, etc. Great building!- all one building, unlike other Residence Inn hotels with multiple buildings and external corridors. “Jewelry Stolen at this Hotel”

Stayed at the Residence Inn Hoover Al May 3-5 and when we checked out my wife left her jewelry in the bedside table. Call back Monday morning to have them hold our jewelry and was told it wasn't there. There was no other guests staying in this room after we checked out. The only people to go into the room... More

“Should have been cleaner”

Typical Residence Inn. For less then 4 years old it has a lot of wear. Did not find it as clean as I would expect. Surface clean. Shower vent was very dirty for example. Bed is as lumpy as could be-- really time to replace. Solid value and would stay again if need be but not first choice in area.

“Excellent Place to stay”

This is a exceptional place to stay if you have to be in the area. Good staff, great rooms. Good location. Being a Residence, it is a little higher than other brands, but if you check, you can get a discount rate at the right time

I have stayed here twice in the past. My family enjoys the suite and it is in a great location in Hoover. The rooms are clean and new. I believe the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will most likely stay here again.

We stayed in a Studio Suite,it was enough room for two I wouldn't try anymore than that in this type room. Check in was fast(even though some of the front desk staff lack professionalism).
