We stay in condo #1005 between 6/8/13 - 6/12/13. First major issue is the elevators. Only 2 and sometimes had to wait 10-15 minutes to get on one. BOTH OF THE ELEVATORS BROKE DOWN AT OUR STAY. There's only 2 elevators for such a large hotel. Horrible. We had to pull our luggage down 7 flights of stairs. The beach was nice and the location was alright. But needs better management and needs renovated.

Just returned from a week's stay at Seawind Condos #1805 in Gulf Shores. We rented through ResortQuest, and the check in process was simple, even though it was at a separate location, which was not far away. We had an overall terrific experience at Seawind! Our condo was gorgeous, completely clean, seemed professionally decorated and very high end. Amazing balcony and very comfy furniture outside and in. The room was nice and well decorated, comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own tv. Close to shops and eats. The one drawback was the elevators. Why would you build a condo this size and this nice and only put two slow elevators in it? The kids pool is nice but small.

Perfect location, great view, and a very nice condo. The elevators were nasty and are in dire need of a good cleaning, new floor, and a scrubbing. Overall a good place to stay. Easy check in and check out. On site security provided.
