This is a nice older condo in good condition. Just returned from 6 day stay here. Big screen TV's in each room, not the old tube type as shown in the web pictures. Everything you need is there except hair dryer. No charge to wash clothes like some of the other higher priced condo's with washing machine and dryer in... More

Unit 462 was charming. We had two adults, two teens, and two tweens, and weren't crowded in a two bedroom unit. The balcony was wonderful, except for the smoker above us, with a great view of the beach and Gulf. Don't forget paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. This condo was quiet and we had... More

We chose an apartment over 2 hotel rooms because of cost. This turned out to be fantastic. We have 4 kids so, being on the beach and having a full kitchen were super convenient. The apartment we stayed in was set up great. The kids had their own room even though they opted for the pull out couch. This place... More

I liked this condo so well in June 2014 that I returned August 2014. The place was clean, fully equipped and comfortable. I really enjoyed having 2 balconies too! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Plus you are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping!

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Right on the beach and close to everything (restaurants, water park, public pier etc ...). The security guard was extremely nice and helpful, and he was on top of his job. Beach was clean, pool was nice, if a little small. The only real complaint we had was that the master bathtub did... Though an older unit, my wife and I enjoyed this condo. Right on the beach, comfortable. Small dryer could not handle large loads to dry though. Recommend washing & drying small loads through week. The onsite staff very attentive. View to beach wonderful.

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We're 29 & 28 years old & came for hangout fest. Perfect place to stay. Great views of the beach and easy access. Walking distance to hangout festival. Only disappointments were the shower drain & hot water. The water would be up to your ankles by the time you... More

We stayed in unit #564; although it was an older unit it was well kept and fairly modern. The location is great if you want to stay in the Gulf Shores area. Very quick ride to restaurants, etc. With only one elevator, the stairs are definitely the best route. Small balcony however it was ocean facing so that was nice.... More

We stayed in Unit 465; the stairs are the fastest way to access the unit given the speed of the single elevator. The unit is probably due for a remodel; the master bath has rust in the medicine cabinet and the tub is soft. The laminate is also coming off of the kitchen cabinets. That said, the unit is on... First time condo renter (Room 468) since all I've done is 5 star all-inclusive resorts. First time visitor to Gulf Shores over Mem Day weekend. From the booking process to the check out everything went very well. As we drove down the main drag all the high rise complexes looked great. Jokingly I told my wife we'll probably be in... More
