Our group consisted of 4 teenagers (3 girls, 1 boy) and us, the parental units. This is a well maintained, clean and fully equipped condo. We had no complaints. more

I totally agree with kyhalfpt’s assessment (see below). We’ve stayed at the Boardwalk multiple times and love the location. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores since the 70’s, originally staying in the motel that was adjacent to the Boardwalk. When a condo building replaced it, we moved to the Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is centrally located to many places to eat and have fun. We stay there often and have a blast every time. I highly recommend Boardwalk. more

Be aware this is a 25 year old property. There are lots of other choices comparable in cost. Some windows won't open and patio doors don't lock, Location is fantastic right next to the Sea 'nSuds.THe facility needs updating. more

We recently stayed at the Boardwalk during our visit to the Shrimp Festival. The location of the condo is perfect. It is right next to Sea-N-Suds restaurant (home of great, fast seafood and the best Long Island Tea on the beach) and just a few blocks from the shrimp festival.
