This is an older Inn but well maintained. You can tell someone really cares for this property. It is located close to downtown and right next to the river. I was worried when we pulled in after a long days driving when I saw the train tracks. I ask if the train was loud and the clerk assured me it... More

Stayed here with a wheelchair bound person and they gave us one of the handicap suites. VERY nice extended stay room with a roll in shower. They were very quick to respond with our needs for a shower chair and for anything else we wanted. The place is also very clean.

I booked a room a couple of months in advance and asked for a confirmation. I was told i did not need one, evrything would be just fine. Was quoted a rate and when we checked out the bill was $30.00 more than was quoted! When I asked about it was told we had 4 people instead of 2???? I... More

Stayed here during the big ice storm January 2014. Family run, they all pitched in to help all the guests. With all stores closed they got some pizza and shared with guests. They checked on the older folks all the way home. Inexpensive and nice. People in charge will do whatever they can to make your stay peaceful.

Awesome overnight stay. I wanted to spend another night to get some more rest but the wife was ready to get home from vacation from the Smokey mountains, she was ready to see the grandchildren and I was just chilling and enjoying the drive and stopping when I got tired . The hotel had all the ammenities that you could... More

Our family home burned and we stayed here for a few days. Talking about compassion. I felt like I was home. I've written reviews, but no words can express the service and welcome I received here. Support who supports the community.

Gadsden, AL is the southern start point of the World's Longest Yard Sale which was the deciding factor in staying at the Gadsden Inn & Suites. The front desk man (Jeff) was very pleasant and helpful. He picked out a room that was perfect for us. Quiet, clean, first floor with parking right outside your door and basically exactly what... More

My job calls for me to travel overnight all over the state. This is one of my favorites places to stay. They have everything you would need away from home and if they don't, they accommodate you! The staff , Kathy and Jeff, go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The pool has a relaxing waterfall. There... More

I stayed here for a couple nights during Riverfest and it was an excellent location. Definitely within walking distance of the stage. The hotel itself, however, was lacking in the basics such as hair dryers and wi-fi. The internet in the rooms was an ethernet cable with cross-room capabilities by way of being an extra long cable you could unravel.... More

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry you found some areas of the hotel lacking. We have tried very hard to provide customers with a GREAT wireless signal but the hotel is built with solid concrete walls and this makes a wireless signal difficult. However, they do provide a wonderful sound proof room. Also, I am sorry you... More
