The front desk was waiting to welcome us when we arrived, bleary eyed, at 1 a.m. after getting caught in numerous traffic messes while driving south on I65. Stayed here while traveling through to Florida. Hotel staff was friendly, pool was clean, rooms were clean "ish". As I always state...CLEAN FREAK ALERT...rooms were clean, didn't feel the need to walk around with my shoes on..however the bathroom could really use some TLC, wiping off walls, cleaning inside the tubs, .....we were in need of a room and most... more

Hampton has really kicked it up a notch. The Bedding is spectacular. This specific location stands out. I average 250 nights a year in hotel rooms so I am qualified to have an opinion. I stayed here when I went to the Tallageda race. I enjoyed my stay while there. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The manager, Deanna Gamble, treated me as family. If I can attend another race I will return to this hotel. more

In an economy that needs spending, this staff, because of their professionalism and hospitality ,will make you feel that the Hampton's want every stay at their Inn's to be "enjoyable and perfect". Excellent breakfast buffet! more

Stayed at hotel during a weekend get-away trip. The staff was excellent; better than many up-scale hotels. The GM was working; and she was really so helpful that we felt we had our own concierge. Hotel is older but staff makes up for it ... more

If you are going to stay in the Birmingham area the Hampton Inn Fultondale is definitely a great place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite. The entire property was spotless. Rooms were very clean and fresh. I found the pricing to be fair. Hampton Inn is now my choice for any trips to the Fultondale,Alabama area. more

Upon arrival we were met by a cheerful staff that went out of their wat to make sure we were taken care of. Their willingness to make our stay as pleasant as possible earned ALL of our future business while in the Birmingham area. Great Job! more
