The Cornerstone Lodge was just what we were looking for. We were going to Foley for one night to shop at Tanger Outlets Saturday. We drove down Fri. and checked in at the Cornerstone office (I made a reservation with Bonnie at the beginning of the week) with Jeremy. Our room was non-smoking and didn't smell like smoke. We had... More

We are your average family of 5 that was looking for an affordable one night stay. I begin with that because your circumstances will certainly sway your experience at Cornerstone. If you are looking for vacation lodging then spend the extra $50/n and go somewhere else. The carpets are frayed at transitions and "dingy" at best. The comforters/curtains/decor are outdated... I've been at cornerstone lodge for a month in the winter, working at Cracker Barrel. It's a nice place with a american kitchen (which we used a lot). Very close to all beaches available in the area (Gulf shores, Orange Beach and all). There's a couple of great place to eat around it.

I have stayed here and the service was wonderful, the room clean and nice. The pool was welcoming. To top it all off, only 7 minutes from the beach. Worth much more than they charge. The staff was wonderful, I cant stress that enough!!!! You want a nice to place to stay for not a lot of money. you want... More

Clean & Affordable, located close to shopping, restaurants, beach and the sports fields. No extra bells & whistle's...able to save and spend money on fun things at the beach or attractions! Free Wi-Fi is available in the guest lounge, along with guest laundry & Coke machines. If you prefer luxury and expensive rooms, this is not the hotel for you.... More

Cornerstone is very inexpensive, but a decent place to stay. It's nothing fancy, but its clean and has everything you need. Have stayed there 3 years in a row. The only complaint is this year we were never able to get in the pool because it was always closed.

My family rented two rooms and we have always stayed here, this perticular time was not good, the hallways were nasty and in need of power washing, the head boards were leaning and not attached the walls, the kitchen stove had more rust on it then chrome, there were roaches and the entrance door to each room had mold on... Said they had wifi when I called the office I was told it was in the day room or by the pool and we didn't check in til 9:00 pm and the pool closed at 9:00. Also said there was in room coffee, but it didn't say you had to buy it at the front desk. And the carpet felt... More

My family and I drove down from Jackson, MS after work on a Thursday. We got there at 10:36 pm to find that the front office closed at 10pm. We called the number listed for emergencies only and no one answered. We were out the money on the room that night since they had already charged our card. BAD BUSINESS!!!

Nice hotel with a pool. We have stayed here a few times for the price was very good for the area. Found this one from a welcome center hotel book. I has just all the stuff a standard hotel should have and is just off the Hwy. We stayed here a few time but did not last time we visited... More
