I stayed at this hotel about twelve years ago when it first opened as a Comfort Inn I think. I also stayed there about six or eight years ago. Both of those experiences were great. This time, not so much. The hotel was reasonably clean, but worn. It could use new carpets, linens, paint, everything. The room was decent, average,... More

If you are looking for a nice place to lay your head and shower then you won't mind this place. Yes, it's not top of the line but you don't pay "top of the line" prices. To say it's not clean is not fair. I normally stay one night and have stayed in this hotel more than once and will... More

All around dirty hotel. Holes in towels, dirty carpet, and you must request for housekeeping to clean your room if your staying multiple days. When they did clean they put dirty sheets back on bed and let towels. Thats it!!! Night staff is very young and completly keep a who cares kinda attitude. Morning breakfast is horrible. Save the money... More

As a road seasoned business traveler you learn the hard way when to stay away. When you drive up and see shady drapes on the windows, entry doors that have clearly not been cleaned in a week, a lobby that has unusual smells, well it's time to walk away, stay away. That describes this place. My opinion is if the... More

We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving. After checking out of the hotel and having gone down the road about 15 minutes, my wife noticed that her watch was gone. It's not an expensive watch but it was her father's and she got it when he passed away. She wears it as her watch. She was upset and we turned... More

Needed an inexpensive place to stay for the night on our road trip. Nothing fancy--basic standard motel room with a basic standard hot breakfast. Checked prices of surrounding lodging and saved about $30.00 staying here with the manager discount. Worked well for us. We did unplug the fridge for the night cause it was really noisy.

As a Florence resident, we don't have much occasion to stay in any of our local hotels. During a storm that took out our power at home for several hours, we decided to spend the night at a hotel.. We chose the Comfort Inn, and found the beds to be clean and comfortable with good air conditioning in the rooms.

This is a former Comfort Inn that now bears the Quality Inn brand. It was not up to Quality Inn standards. Overall, the stay was just okay. The advertising sign outside the hotel says "All new rooms." This is false. The rooms are in serious need of paint, carpet shampooing, & odor removal. The only thing that might be "new"... More

Good hotel. Everything clean and in nice working order. One of the newer Comfort Suites and I would definitely recommend it. I'm very fanatical on cleanliness and this hotel made my good list on that aspect. Breakfast was normal "free hotel breakfast". Was working in Muscle Shoals but found this Comfort Suites much nicer than the one in Muscle Shoals.
