Stayed here many times and never disappointed--clean, convenient comfortable with courteous staff. Always excellent and will return. When you've said it,you've said it. 200 characters is ridiculous and that is why I seldom endure this exercise.

I was amazed at the customer service from this hotel. I was greeted by the staff no matter where I was in the hotel. Very nice and comfy room!! I will definitely be back to visit my friends and family in Muscle Shoals/Florence area and this where I will be staying every time!!
