Nice old home and decorated well but water was a problem. Couldn't even get enough water to wash/rinse hair. Had to wash hair in sink which even its water was low. Toilet very delicate and no more than a few sheets in or it clogs. Breakfast was OK. Owner was friendly, but some things could not be fixed.

We were in Fayette for a medical procedure. We were referred to this B&B by our physician. Very close to the hospital, clean and quiet...all of which I needed. Never saw the house attendant, but was contacted immediately when I had questions prior to our arrival. I would stay again if I am back in Fayette in the future.

Family had to come to town. We all rented rooms and cottage It felt like our grandmothers old Victorian home. Breakfast was hot prepared and great variety of foods. Free to treat like home it gave us a great place we could all be together. Will stay again.

We were passing through Tuscaloosa and found Rose House Inn on Tripadvisor while looking for accommodation in the area. It was a great find. Fayette is a lovely small town and the owner of Rose House Inn was very welcoming. They actually didnt have any record of our booking (made directly via their website) but luckily they didnt have anyone... More

This house was renovated in the 1990's but it still has the musty, mildew smell of my grandparents basement. The house is full of knick knacks. If you like creaky floors and beds this is the place. Handle fell off in the shower, water didn't drain well in the tub and strangers sitting on the front porch looking in my... More

I found the Rose House Inn on Tripadvisor while looking for a place to stay during the holidays in Fayette. Great B&B in an unexpected small town where there are no decent hotels. If you come late, they leave your keys in the mailbox which is located on the front porch of the main house. The staff was very friendly... More

My DH and I went to the Rose House Inn for an anniversary weekend. We stayed in their honeymoon suite and was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen was stocked with various drinks and the homemade muffins and breakfast items were out of this world good! Everything about our room was relaxing. Fayette is small "Mayberry" type of town, but for a... More
