We needed a weekend away. Our home is only an hour away, but, Fairhope is such an amazing, unique place, it's the perfect weekend jaunt. This B&B is beautiful. The large building is really updated. The room we had was large and very well decorated. Loved the 10 inch baseboards, multiple crown molding and the bed and linens were amazing.... More

Our room is so comfortable, our view is beautiful, the ladies who run the inn are charming, breakfast was decadent. It is adjacent to a lovely bay front park with plenty of trail room for exercise. Fairhope must be one of the most charming small cities in the world, with flowers everywhere and lots of quaint shops. We'll definitely return.

My wife and I visited Fairhope for the first time during a driving trip to Florida, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emma's. Emma's is located right along the bay, near the long, public pier, and has a spectacular view of the water. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed... More

We would HIGHLY recommend Emma's Bayhouse! Location, accommodations, breakfast, personal service, atmosphere----it was delightful. Fairhope is a charming destination and this inn will make your stay memorable. Located on the Bay and next to the long, beautiful park and pier---Emma's was the perfect setting for the delightful 4th of July concert and fireworks celebration!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Emma's Bay House sits on the edge of Mobile Bay and has spectacular views of the waterfront and Fairhope pier. It is an idyllic position in a quaint little town and for that alone it is worth visiting. Top that all off with stunning rooms, scrummy breakfasts (especially Betty's scrambled eggs which my husband particularly loved) and delightful hosts and... More

My daughter and I just spent three fabulous nights at Emma’s Bay House and fell in love with Ms. Betty and the girls! The house is elegantly decorated, and the rooms are spacious, clean and tidy with very comfy beds. The location is absolutely perfect for walking into town, and sits right on the bay ~ very close to the... More

The inn and innkeepers are delightful - it was southern charm and hospitality all the way! The comfort level is top-notch from the bed quality to the amazing linens to the comfy couches!! The breakfast was outstanding. The porches were spectacular from the rocking chairs and cozy tables to the view of the bay and all the majestic sunsets and... More

What a wonderful stay we had at Emma's Bayhouse! The room was perfectly appointed but there was ample room to relax and enjoy the marvelous view. We enjoyed coffee each morning overlooking the bay from the 2nd floor balcony. Breakfast during our three day stay was simply fantastic: bacon wrapped shrimp, grillades and grits, and a simply Southern bacon, eggs,... More

A great location on Mobile Bay. Quiet. Just 5 blocks from downtown. Our room was large with a long porch and seating area Overlooking the bay, the city pier, and the city park. Downtown is about five blocks away. Betty is a very gracious innkeeper. Breakfast is always fresh and well prepared from scratch. I think you will find Emma's... More

We were tired when we arrived to Emma's and we were greeted and ushered into our welcoming room! High ceilings, luxurious linens, and every needed amenity quickly soothed our road-weary selves and we were totally refreshed for breakfast! The food was fresh, seasonal and exceptionally prepared! My husband likes quantity and he was also satisfied! The views and porches for... More
