Although the rooms were clean and luxurious, we were put in a room facing a loud nightclub! We were not able to sleep at all. There was a private party obviously that went on till 4AM with singing accompanied by microphones and instruments OUTSIDE the building facing our room with lights shining in our room. There were plenty of drunk people dancing, screaming, slamming car doors, etc. We told the hotel staff about it the next morning when they asked how the stay was and they just laughed and said that "so and so must have had a private party last night. We'll have to mention that to him" Nothing about refunding any of our costs for the horrible night of rest. more
