This was billed as a two-star hotel by Priceline. I would not board my pet here. They would not accomadate a room switch even though we were the only customers in sight. Staff placed us in dirty rooms and refused to allow us to speak to a manager. Priciline should be ASHAMED to allow their customers stay here. I would... more

We stayed here because of the closeness of Ft Rucker and the price seemed fairly reasonable. When we checked in our key worked on our door, however a few hours later when we attempted to get back in after going out for dinner it did not work, we went to the front desk and were given a newly activated key,... more

I completely agree with the guest about the door lock ONLY for the first day, it was fixed and a new lock was installed the very next day. Banana's Bar has been closed since May, and the reason the guest just mentioned was not even remotely close to what the actual reason was. I beg to differ to this review....

This hotel was somehow mistakenly booked for the Dixie Junior Boys WS. On the first night several teams refused to stay or moved out the next morning. The rooms smelled (even when they were suppose to be non-smoking) and had bugs in many of the rooms. Our room was non-smoking, but we found cigarrette buts on the air conditioning unit.... more

We are apologetic about the issues you had at our hotel and would like the readers to check with the City of Enterprise or Coffee County Health Department for this allegation, and if that was the case Health Department would have shut the hotel down, as one of the guests had called in for an inspection. We are the host...

I've been staying at the Enterprise Inn and Suites on and off for several years now. The rooms were always very clean and the people there, friendly. My last two times, which was last month, my experiences fell to the lowest possible rate. Upon arriving the first stay the gentleman was friendly at the desk but I couldn't get into... more

Customer Satisfaction is the top priority for us at Enterprise Inn & Suites. For this review I would like to say this, that if a guest has a problem with anything in the room, until you don't let the front desk know about the situation, it gets a little hard for us to address those problems. I hope we would...

After checking prices through some of the online travel sites, the price they gave me over the phone matched ($55 each for the 2 rooms for the night we were there), so I booked directly. Had my children not been so tired, we would have left and found a different place to stay. Enterprise is a wonderful town...don't ruin your... more

The hotel had just changed management and was undergoing a lot of changes and upgrades.

We booked this motel because of it's proximity to Ft. Rucker and the rates were cheap. But you get what you pay for. The rooms have not been kept to a clean standard. There was a layer of dirt across the clothes rack, hangars, top of credenza, even the plastic wrapped cups had dirt on them. The carpet had not... more

This property is pretty good overall. We paid $55.12 (including tax) and that seems about right for what you get. The room itself wasn't very large but it was clean and the bed was decent. The breakfast wasn't much more than coffee and cereal. Having said that - the grounds are quite nice. There are two covered sitting areas at... more

My wife, daughter and I stayed here on our way to Panama City Beach, FL. When we arrived, the check-in staff was very friendly, and promptly took care of us. Our room was very clean and well stocked. It was quiet and we did hot hear a thing from the very active night club in the parking lot. The place... more

This is a nice little hotel for the budget minded traveler. We stayed 2 nights here in late Dec 2007 going into early Jan 2008. The room was very clean and we even had a microwave and fridge, both of which were spotless. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with basic amenities and a reasonable rate,... more

This is definitely a 2-star accomodation. So, as long as one is not looking for something better, this is an O.K. motel. It seemed to be poplar with truck drivers; there were tractor trailer rigs and pick-up trucks parked each night we stayed. This is not a new hotel. I don't know how old it is, but, it is now... more
