This hotel has SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF who are always eager to accommodate. The king suite was extremely spacious with a tremendous sized desk which worked great for all of my paperwork. The breakfast offering was adequate and the pool looked really nice even though there was no time to swim. Guest laundry availability let me know this would be a... More

Dirty, smelly, keep driving. We had a no smoking room that smelled like an ash tray. The pool was scummy and the kiddy pool was a mystery of odd colors. The free breakfast consied of the desk clerk putting out 4 pies of sausage for a group of seven.

This place is worse than nasty. The room is stinky and needs everything replaced. Also someone from the hotel has my number an is prank calling me late night. This is crazy that you can't even check in without feeling your privacy has been invaded. Pool has no filter water just sits still. Looks like they throw bleach in the... More

Because our room was paid for with "loyalty points" we were upgraded to what they called a suite, but was really just a deluxe room, king size bed. The coffee pot still had the remnants from the last tenant, there was pizza sauce or something dried to the end table, and the bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing. It... More

The photos of the rooms online were totally misleading, their "suites" were simply one long room with an inordinate amount of floor space, no sofa or dividers between the bed and a living room area. The outside doors were totally unsecured, the bathroom ceiling was so low it touched my husband's head - he's 6'3" - and was so small... More

The first room we were given initially looked clean; however, the water ran slow out of the bath faucet and upon removal of the filter black, gunky filth flowed from the faucet and the filter was clogged. Complained and was given another room. Turned the light on at entry and a small roach ran across the table . . .... More

This hotel property is tired & worn out. It is time to retire this property. The rooms are recycled 1960's Holiday Inn vintage, smell musty & look patched up. Only the price, $65/night, keeps it alive. Friendly staff, but too downscale an experience. We won't stay there again.

This property is now a Quality Inn, but that name is even less appropriate. At one time this included 3 wings of rooms, conference rooms, etc. Now one wing is used, the others are boarded up and behind chain link fence, and the conference room wing is a redneck bar. We needed towels in our room, but were informed none... More

I thought long and hard of how/what I was going to say about the "Country Hearth" and the perfect words would be, A Dump. At first it was promising. The outside was nice until we walked in through the doors. The entire place was under construction and looked like it had been abondend years ago. The smell of smoke was... More

Calling this place a dump would be an insult to your refuse company. It is tired, dirty and barely acceptable. The beds were OK and the toilets clean but that's all folks. My AC thermostat was broken requiring it to be set at 56 degrees to be acceptable. The breakfast was not acceptable. The staff was slow and barely responsive.... More
